I offer individual therapy focused on personal growth; increasing your insight and self-awareness to allow you to live a more satisfying life.

During our time together you will receive support with your current, ongoing challenges, experience growth in the areas in which you would like to improve on, and learn the skills and tools needed to create intentional, meaningful change.

Your sessions can be utilized to help in dealing with marital and relational distress, parenting problems, life transitions, stress management, career changes and any challenges standing in the way of your growth. We will utilize these challenges as opportunities for learning and increasing self-awareness

 

Working together in a safe, compassionate and confidential environment, personal growth therapy provides you the space to explore your feelings, beliefs and behaviors, work through challenging or significant memories, identify aspects of your life that you would like to change, better understand yourself and others, and set personal goals.
